Wedding Package Options

Perfect for just the two of you, our elopement (or vow renewal) package offers a romantic and intimate celebration, available year-round. The basic package includes an officiant, a seasonal bouquet, your choice of ceremony location with natural, rustic backdrops, a simple ceremony setup, and witnesses (marriage licence is not included).  

If you prefer, we can accommodate two guests in this package, as your witnesses, to share in your special day. Personalized add-ons such as a photographer, dinner reception, accommodations and more are available to make your day truly memorable.

“Tie the knot” amid the serene, rustic beauty of Eastern Ontario at Harlem Stonegate. We offer an all-inclusive, year-round “pop-up” style package designed for a stress-free and romantic experience — ensuring your day is outstanding. Ideal for the two of you plus up to eight guests, we offer both indoor or outdoor ceremony options, amidst beautiful natural backdrops.

This basic package includes the ceremony with an officiant (marriage licence is not included); seasonal bridal bouquet; a small reception (to toast the bride and groom), seated 3-course dinner and cake for the group; and one night’s accommodation for two.  Price is based on group size (minimum 5 people). Add-on personalized options are available to elevate your celebration and make it unforgettable.

Whether it’s our charming stone courtyard surrounded by rustic post-and-beam barns, a scenic hayfield, serene sugar bush, and tranquil wetlands, your  event is just waiting to come to life in our beautiful surroundings.

We book and hold  elopements, vow renewals or intimate weddings year-round. Tight timeline? We’ll endeavour to make it a reality.

We take bookings year-round for large outdoor events (weddings or social gatherings) held from May to October

  • Fireworks, Sparklers and Open Flames: Due to safety and environmental concerns, fireworks and sparklers are not permitted at the venue. The use of open flames is only allowed in designated areas and subject to seasonal fire bans.
  • Noise Curfew: To respect the tranquil environment of the farm and neighbouring properties, music must be kept at a reasonable volume after 10:00 PM.
  • Parking: Free onsite parking is available. All guests must park in the designated parking areas.
  • Prohibited Items: Due to the natural surroundings and the environmental impact, confetti, glitter, and non-biodegradable materials are not allowed. Please consult with us for eco-friendly alternatives.
  • Smoking: Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. No smoking is permitted within the farmhouse, outdoor ceremony areas, or near flammable structures.

No, we’ll endeavour to coordinate a convenient time for all involved.

Tables and chairs come in a variety of shapes, colours, and comfort levels. While some venues supply these items, they’re the same chairs and tables they offer everyone.

We offer a small selection for tables and chairs for intimate events. We do not provide tables or chairs for large outdoor gatherings. There are a number of companies in the area that specialize in providing event rental services, which we can share with you.

We offer onsite catering for small events, only (max 10).

For large outdoor gatherings, our venue gives you the opportunity to select from a variety of food service providers, unlike hosting an event at a traditional wedding venue. An additional benefit is our location, we are situated within the heart of an agricultural community. Discerning caterers are able to source a wide variety of wholesome local ingredients and fresh produce for your event.

Yes, you or your caterer can bring in beverages, however, you must provide a certified bartender(s).  If your caterer does not provide a certified bartender(s), you’ll be required to meet the terms and conditions in the event contract.

There is no corkage charge.

We offer restroom facilities for intimate events only.

For large outdoor gatherings, as hayfields and woodlands do not have modern bathrooms, there are local businesses that provide this contemporary comfort. Portable toilet facilities are as elegant as those found in a fine hotel or venue. Trailer facilities can have flushing china toilets, hot and cold running water, music, air conditioning, hardwood accents and modern flooring. With even the most basic facilities having lights and running water.

For large DIY outdoor gatherings, onsite access is provided for set-up and clean-up, based on the venue rental period and during agreed upon hours.

We require advance notice of vendor rental deliveries/pickups, and drop-off location(s) on the property.

Pets are welcome and must be supervised by their owner(s) at all times.

The venue/property is available for visits; weather permitting, year-round, by appointment.
